Writer's Block: Significant Choices
10:19pm 08/06/2009
If you had to choose between your friends and your significant other, who would you choose?
That's an easy one: what happens when your friends get a significant other? They disappear! So naturally, I would rather be the one to disappear first  ;)

Hopefully i'll be back in shape by July and ready to have fun the rest of the summer!

If you were to have another name, what would it be?

Writer's Block: GIP (Gratuitous Icon Post)
06:38pm 29/03/2009
You finally have an excuse to use it—what userpic do you not get to use very often but can't delete because it's just that awesome?
Amy Adams. A wonderful person made me some icons of her, but it seems pretty perverted to have some chick's pic as mine. She will be my celebrity crush until she's officially married (my usual strategy: thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife lol).

Writer's Block: What My Friends & Family Would Say about Me
02:45pm 25/03/2009
What would your best friend say makes you great? What about your parents or siblings?
My friends would say im always there for them however possible. Ive given hours of time to let them vent about their problems, rides when they need to go somewhere and even bought one friend a truck he wanted but couldnt afford.

My family would say I always try to brighten their day with laughter or gifts. Always being silly to get a laugh or just a cheap smile.

Writer's Block: Take Your Chances
11:44am 22/03/2009
Do you think people deserve second chances?
A single bad move can be forgiven and maybe even forgotten. You can rest easy believing they learned their lesson.

Someone who lies, cheats or steals is another story. That's when you dont know if you can trust that person again. You want to believe it was a one time thing, but I know people who just have a death wish and dont care who they hurt. They would lie to the Pope, cheat on their spouse and steal from their own family. It's possible they could change, but it's a gamble and takes a lot of faith to believe in. Good luck to those people who give those kind of second chances.

Writer's Block: Caution, Meet Wind
02:43pm 21/03/2009
When was the last time you threw caution to the winds? And what were the consequences?
It happens all the time now. I've regretted so much in my life that my conscious pushes me into doing things so I never little regrets from now on. Whether it's randomly going on a trip somewhere or totally embarassing myself for others entertainment, it's better to try and fail then never to try at all

Writer's Block: Change for the Better over a Decade
05:29pm 19/03/2009
How are you a better person today than you were ten years ago?
Let's see: 19yrs old, in college by day and working by night. Had no clue what major to pick but just general classes kept me away from my trouble-making friends, who had left the innocent teen trouble behind for some serious felonies. Had a few gfs in my teens but girls that young are full of BS so I never appreciated any of them as I couldve.

10 years later, I see that time as just starting to understand how to be a good bf and treat a woman. Started working full-time and building a good work ethic. Appreciated giving to others more than receiving. Most of all, I stopped worrying about things as much. Ive really enjoyed the last few years of throwing caution into the wind when before, I would give into fear and regret it later.

Writer's Block: My Definition of Greatness
12:20pm 18/03/2009
How do you define greatness?
Realizing your potential at something, whether it be just a one time thing or something lengthy like a career or a relationship. Maximizing a skill you were born with or an opportunity presented to you. That's when someone else can describe you as a great friend, spouse or family member. A great worker, listener or talker. Unless you're lucky enough to be great at everything, ya gotta start with one thing at a time.

I know people who are great workers, but suck personality-wise. And people who have a great personality but were bad workers lol

Writer's Block: A Little Green
04:09pm 17/03/2009
Top o' the morning to you! Has anyone ever pinched you for not wearing green on St. Patrick's Day?

no but here's a joke for St. Patricks Day: The founders of Budweiser, Coors and Guinness are in heaven looking to celebrate. They go to the heavenly tavern...

Mr. Budweiser orders a Budweiser.
Mr. Coors orders a Coors.
Mr. Guinness orders a ginger ale.

Budweiser and Coors look at each other in shock and ask Guinness why he ordered ginger ale.

Mr. Guinness says: "If you guys arent gonna drink, then neither am I"
